Who are the designers?
Pulsenova is a one-man agency, ran by Jo, the founder. Pulsenova does not employ other designers, or outsource work to any other entity. You'll work directly with me through the entirety of your experience.
How fast will I receive my designs?
At Pulsenova, speed meets precision. We work efficiently to ensure that your designs are delivered as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. Simpler requests are completed within a few days, while more complex projects, such as full website development, may take a little longer. Regardless of the scope, we keep you informed at every stage so you always know what to expect

Our subscription plan covers everything you need for a high-end, conversion-driven digital presence. From brand identity to Webflow development, we handle it all. Everything you need, all in one seamless package—so you can focus on your business while we handle your digital ressources.
Are there any requests you don’t support?
Absolutely. Pulsenova does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), complex packaging.

How does onboarding work?
Once you subscribe, we’ll set up your custom Trello board where all your design and development requests will be managed. This process is quick and seamless, usually taking less than an hour. From the moment you’re added, you’ll have full visibility into the workflow, allowing you to submit, track, and review tasks effortlessly. Our structured system ensures that you’re always in the loop, and we provide guidance on how to make the most of the platform for a smooth collaboration.
What if I only have a single request?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
How do you handle larger requests?
Larger requests are broken down on Pulsenova’s end. This applies to full-scale website development, complex UX/UI projects, branding overhauls, and high-end Webflow builds. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of progress every 24-48 hours, ensuring steady momentum until the entire request is completed.
Do you provide training on how to update the website?
Yes! We don’t just build your website—we empower your team to manage it. We create custom training videos and guides using Screen-Studio, tailored specifically to your website’s structure, so your team can easily update content, add new pages, and manage your Webflow CMS with confidence.
What if I don’t like the design?
We offer unlimited revisions to ensure the final result perfectly aligns with your vision. Our process includes close collaboration, so you’ll always have opportunities to provide feedback through Markup.io and Trello. We refine and adjust the design until you're completely satisfied with the outcome.
How can I contact support if I have an issue?
If you need help, you can reach out directly to Jo via email or through the Trello board. We’re here to assist with any questions, feedback, or issues you might encounter.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Canceling your subscription is simple and hassle-free. If you no longer need ongoing design and development support, you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Just reach out to us via email or through your Trello board, and we’ll process the cancellation immediately. You’ll still have access to any remaining days in your current billing cycle, ensuring you get the most out of your subscription. There are no hidden fees or long-term commitments—just flexibility tailored to your needs.
Is there a refund policy for purchases?
Yes! We stand by our work and want you to feel confident in your investment. That’s why we offer a "Try it for a Week" guarantee. If you’re not loving it after a week, you can request a refund and get 75% of your payment back—no questions asked. We believe in our process, but we also believe in making sure it’s the right fit for you.
Can I change my subscription plan later?
Yes, you can switch between quarterly and yearly billing options at any time through your account settings in the dashboard. If you decide to upgrade to the lifetime plan, the price will reflect the current offering at the time of your upgrade.
How do I pause my subscription?
If you need to take a break, you can pause your subscription at any time, and your remaining days will be saved for future use. Just let us know through your Trello board, and we’ll ensure that your subscription is held until you’re ready to resume.
